What is personal data and what is personal data processing
Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Som freelancer/selvansat hos Factofly, (Herefter Freelancer, Selvansat eller Bruger) hvor du benytter vores tjeneste til at fakturerer for din service, behandler vi de oplysninger som der er typiske inden for rammen af et ansættelsesforhold. Behandlingen af denne type oplysninger er nødvendig for, at kunne fakturerer den tjeneste du har udført og bruger vores service til at fakturere samt til at udbetale løn til dig. Den er også nødvendig, for at vi kan leve op til vores forpligtelser i forbindelse med din ansættelse herunder forsikringer og fagforening/a-kasse samt oplysninger til myndigheder og betaling af skatter.
Kunde og leverandør
Hvis du er kunde hos os, gennem leverancen fra en af vores brugere eller du er direkte leverandør hos Factofly, så behandler vi oplysninger såsom navn, CVR nr. Adresse, email, telefonnummer, korrespondance via enten Factofly.dk, Factofly.com samt eventuel direkte korrespondance med Factofly. Vi behandler disse oplysninger for, at kunne leve op til vores aftale med dig, for at kunne leve op til vores retslige forpligtelser i forhold til de offentlige myndigheder samt at kunne tilgodese vores egne og vores freelanceres interesse.

Du har ret til at få en fortegnelse over hvilke personoplysninger om dig vi har og behandler. Anmodningen skal være skriftlig og underskrevet af dig sendt til adressen i slutningen af dette dokument. Dine oplysninger vil blive sendt til din folkeregisteradresse.
Right to rectification
