What is Factofly?

Factofly is Denmark's leading freelance agency, where we help more than 20,135 freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and self-employed people run their business without their own CVR number.

Specifically, this means that the freelancer will be hired by Factofly to carry out the agreed work for you as a customer.

We are therefore responsible for all the paperwork, ensure full compliance and are the administrative link between client and freelancer.

1) Confirm the basis of the agreement

The first time a new freelancer books work with you as a client, you will receive an email with an overview of the work to be done. We refer to this as an assignment.

You must actively approve this task before the freelancer can start working.

The task contains Factofly's standard conditions, and in the task description itself, you can also include other conditions that supplement the conditions for the given task.

For subsequent tasks, you will simply be sent a notification that the work has been booked, and you only need to respond if you disagree with the task description.

2) Receive and pay invoice

Once the task has been approved by you, you will then be sent an invoice with payment terms as agreed.

If there are special circumstances regarding payment (different email address, EAN number, etc.), please make sure that the freelancer gets message about this in advance.

Payment can only be made via bank transfer to Factofly.

(Please note that payment must be made to Factofly, and cannot be transferred directly to the freelancer. Factofly is responsible for paying employer-related expenses and correct tax payment, and in cases where payment is made outside of Factofly, the claim against you as a customer will still be maintained. 3) Freelancers get paid

After receiving payment, we then ensure that the freelancer's salary is paid.

We settle tax, ATP, AM contributions and holiday pay, and pay the money to the freelancer as normal salary.

Why do I receive a “task” from Factofly?

Before the freelancer can begin work, we must have the agreement confirmed. This is done through the task description you receive, which forms the basis of the agreement.

The basis of the agreement is therefore between you as a customer and Factofly.

This means that we can be sure that all parties agree on the scope of the work, and we can go ahead and hire the freelancer for the work.

We also ensure that work is carried out under orderly conditions, which most notably includes insurance during work.
