As a customer, you do not have to report anything afterwards.

When we receive your payment, we make a payment to the freelancer and ensure that taxes and duties are settled directly.

The freelancer must register with Factofly and be taken through our simple onboarding flow. After that, a job description will be sent to you for signature, and the freelancer can start working.

How is the freelancer insured?2025-10-02T10:34:51+02:00

The freelancer is insured under Factofly's statutory business insurance: workers' compensation and liability insurance.

If the freelancer needs to perform work that is not covered by our general insurance policies, please contact us directly and we can find a separate solution.

What does it cost?2025-10-02T10:25:38+02:00

Factofly's umbrella solution costs 6% of the invoice amount.

This means that if your invoice is 50,000,- excluding VAT, we will be able to offer the freelancer a salary of 47,000,-.

What is my bond?2025-10-02T10:30:22+02:00

We can assign freelancers for 30 days at a time. Unless we enter into a separate contract, you are not bound beyond this.
