Find the right candidate for the team

You handle the recruitment process yourself and select the freelancer.

Freelancer registers with Factofly

The freelancer signs up for Factofly and creates you as a customer. You don't have to register yourself in Factofly's system, but will receive everything directly by email.

Onboard and sign contract

Factofly will send you a task description for approval. The freelancer will then become a project employee under Factofly, and you can onboard and start the project.

Receive and pay invoice

You will be automatically invoiced, and can choose to receive one consolidated invoice across all candidates, or have them split if they belong to separate budgets.
