An institution with several departments may have different EAN numbers, which is a good idea to be aware of when invoicing.
There may also be some public recipients who invoice via their CVR number.
When the company receives an EAN invoice, they can pay from there via their system. If you do not invoice via an EAN number to these bodies, your invoice will be rejected.

What is OIOUBL format?

How to send an EAN invoice
If you have one CVR number, you can log in with your NemId Virk.dk.
Here you can create an invoice or credit note and enter the institution's or company's EAN number and fill in the other required fields.
